RSS to SMS = Free Hot Tub

I just started looking for a Hot Tub off craigslist. I noticed several where FREE but of course when I called they had already been taken. I need to know the minute a free hot tub is listed. I could sit at my web browser all day clicking refresh but that would get old fast. If you look at the bottom of the search about you'll see an RSS link. This is a way to subscribe to updates. But I read a lot of RSS so again it might be an hour before I see the update. What I need is to get a txt message when a new one is posted. There are several ways to do this but I choose Russell Beattie's method which uses Yahoo. I'll let you know how it goes.
