eMusic Has Great Customer Service

My Question:
When I download a whole album (download all) I get all the tracks but in the eMusic remote it doesn't show track 1. I'm just worried that if I ever need to download the album again I'll have to lose a credit to get track one again.

Their Answer:
If the Remote isn't open when you hit the download button, the first track will download, but it won't show up in the list. We are currently working on this problem. If you redownload, you won't be charged again for this track.

This was really good customer service. They acknowledged the problem and put my fear of being overcharged to rest. I highly recommend eMusic if you like indy bands. Just the fact they let you redownload songs is a huge plus over iTunes. And at 30 tracks for $10 they are a lot cheaper too!
