My email to T-Mobile
I want to cancel my service online. I understand you don't want me to be able to do that easily and that's one of the reasons I want to cancel. It's really nothing personal against you (T-Mobile). I just hate all cell phone companies in general.
You keep investing time and money in services I don't want or need. I'm switching over to Skype full time. It's only $15 a year and pisses me off less. The last call I'm going to make from my cell phone is to cancel my service...
