The idea is to display customer ratings and reviews for products at retail. A small LCD would display a rating (5 stars) and short reviews near the products at retail. It would also list the price and possibly allow you to compare prices at other stores. Think newegg at retail. The customers would leave the ratings on the store's website.

Has someone replaced Steve Jobs with his evil twin from a parallel dimesion? Sure I've had a few issues with Apple in the past but overall I saw them as a very customer friendly company. Take iTunes DRM. Any DRM is defective by design but Apple had the most sensible policies of the major companies.
